To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at info@clarkboutique.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return shipment. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what was ordered, Clark Boutique will cover the return shipping expenses.

Customer Preference Returns:
If the return is requested for personal reasons, including a change of preference or no longer wanting the item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Processing Fees

Clark Boutique does not apply any restocking or handling fees to approved returns.

6. Refund Procedure

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
