Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally? Currently, Clark Boutique ships exclusively within the United States to ensure the fastest and most reliable service for our customers.
2. How much does shipping cost? We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?

4. Can I track my package? Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
6. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@clarkboutique.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return process.
8. Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs. For "change of mind" or size preference returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
9. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Product Care
10. How should I care for my Clark Boutique knitwear? To maintain the shape and texture of your textured pullovers, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors and laying flat to dry. Avoid hanging knitwear to prevent stretching, and store in a cool, dry place.
